Last March 12, The Gonzales Family and the BankFin peeps (friends / officemates of Daddy Ryan, syempre friends ko na din sila..hihi!) headed again to North area, this time in Baguio!
Bale Saturday ng madaling araw kami bumiyahe, and after 5 to 6 hours nasa Baguio na kami.
DAY 1
The very cold weather of Baguio welcomed us on our first stop which is Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto!

And dahil malamig, a warm strawberry taho is our early morning snack. ^_^

We had breakfast in Burnham park, marami naman restaurants or should I say Carinderia along the area. We pledge not to eat in any fast food chains na meron din dito sa Metro Manila. hahaha!
After the much needed breakfast, it’s time to roam Baguio!
Since nasa Burnham park na kami, syempre di namin palalampasin ang boat ride. Excited si Rylee sumakay, in fact, sya pa ang nanguna but nung nasa loob na sya ng boat, biglang umiyak, ayaw na daw nya. Ayun, naiwan tuloy silang mag ama.  The boat ride is P200 for 8 persons.
Then we proceeded to Botanical garden,  The Mansions, Mines View Park and Good Shepherd.

Good Shepherd, dito kami bumili ng Ube Jam, my all time favorite!
We are supposed to check in sa hotel ng 9am but di pa daw available ang mga rooms namin so we just continue what’s in our itinerary.
We then went to Camp John Hay because Tree Top is there. Of course, when in Baguio, we should experience the extreme. hihi. Salamat sa mga GCs!
Mga couples lang ang malakas ang loob, Me and  Daddy Ryan survived the Superman Ride, while Joan and JR tried the Silver Surfer.  JR also tried the tree drop and Superman.
We survived the Superman Ride! #Rylly

After that, nag lunch muna kami sa Good Taste. Panalo ang price and food nila. Dami ng servings and mura pa. Will definitely go back and eat here again.

Rylee loves the chocolate cake in Good Taste!
Finally, nakapag check in na kami and then nagpahinga muna and wash up.
We stayed in Venus Parkview Hotel, very near lang sya sa Burnham Park. We reserved their economy room for 5 persons. That is P2850 for the overnight stay. Not bad na di ba.

After resting, we then went to Session Road for our dinner. We ate in Steaks and Toppings.
so yummmmyy! ^_^
When in Baguio, you should also visit the Night market.
DAY 2
We woke up early kasi we promised Rylee na we will bring her sa Children’s Playground just in front of the Hotel.

After nya magsawa sa kaka slide and swing, we had our buffet breakfast sa hotel. For P210, sulit sya, promise! May salad, coffee, omelette station, 3 kinds of ulam.  Super sulit sa amin. hahaha!
My breakfast plate! yum..yum…
Dahil busog na kami, we then proceeded to our itinerary which is Bell Tower and Strawberry Farm.
Here’s our Photo ops:

Hi! I’m Mommy Lally! Wife, Mom, Blogger!

Strawberry Farm, La Trinidad
It’s my fourth time in Baguio pero this is my first time to try the Strawberry picking. Most of the time kasi, walang strawberry pag pumupunta kami.  We avail the P400/per kilo with tour guide na yan. But if you will just buy per kilo, P150 lang. Sobrang mura ngayon ng strawberry.
Syempre di mawawala ang photo ops with strawberries. hihi!
#MayForever sa Strawberry Farm!
Ang bagong loveteam ng bayan..#Rylly
^_^

At syempre, pag nasa strawberry farm, may strawberry ice cream!
strawberry ice cream with real strawberry on top! hihi…
Thank you Tita Sam for teaching Rylee! #AmazingExperience
I super loved her photos. Thank you JR!

My favorite photo of my little lady!
Dito na din kami sa La Trinidad bumili ng mga pasalubong like brocolli, strawberry, peanut brittle, walis tambo and marami pang iba, hahaha….
Then we headed back to the hotel to check out.
We then went to Baguio Cathedral to attend Mass and had our late lunch in 50’s Diners.

When in Baguio, a memorable summer escapade.
