This could be a letter that I would have sent myself. I just received a rejection letter for one of my submissions and it hurt so bad. A lot of friends were chosen and I spent the whole day yesterday feeling sorry for myself. I keep saying "if only I was a better writer", "if only I could write as beautifully as they do". Sucks.
